  1. 1)First if you using a Android smartphone just need to tap on Settings>Mobile networks>Access Point (May vary).
  2. 2)Now tap on Create new APN, or modify the default APN.
  3. 3)Enter APN as : JIONET
  4. 4)APN Type : Default
  5. 5)Enter Proxy : 202.88.241.12
  6. 6)Port  : 80
  7. 7Enter Server name : www.google.com
  8. Save setting, and you are done
